I don't listen to music while I'm working, it distracting me.

For me this is my fav , try it for something different. I also like a few London radio stations.

Does depend on the task for me. If it`s Grunt work i like to have something in the background. Music or a sitcom a know by heart so i can just listen to it and still get a good laugh.

Harder stuff i tend to turn all off.

It depends on my mood of the day, lately is been a lot of old school punk like The Stooges, Ramones, Sex Pistols, Black Flag, Minor Threat, etc..
