You do realise that you might look suspicious to some gun toting freak and he should be allowed to shoot you by that reasoning..right? |

Zimmerman is a victim of racism.
|
I'm willing to bet that Zimmerman's supporters are all right-wing gun nuts. These people are afraid that if Zimmerman loses, Florida's "Stand your ground" law will fall. And if this falls, NRA and NRA lovers will see it as some kind of really stupid offence against the rights to carry guns.
The "Stand your ground" law by the way, is pure fucking bullshit. It is nothing more than a fake law pushed through by the NRA to make it easier for people to buy even more guns. How many innocent people like Trayvon Martin are dead because of the NRA? How many families destroyed? Since 2005, there have been 344 "justifiable murders" in Florida alone. The NRA has learned how to fear monger it seems. |

martin has been protrayed as a gangster, weed smoker. both had bad press, i dont think it will affect the trial. if anything i believe he will get off, if killing a baby isn't a crime in fl, killing a black teen probably isn't a big deal for most either in that state. sad but true. |

Obviously some people think she's guilty of murder even after the trial. I guess people should be starting up their political careers so they can enact some serious changes to our legal system. For example, ban all media coverage of pending criminal trials like other civilized countries have done for ages. This way the jury pool is untainted, and the facts can speak for themselves. Otherwise you have no choice but to believe in "innocent until proven guilty" and if guilt isn't proven, "not guilty". There is no such term in the law as "get away with murder". |

Funny, not one mention of Sanford policy. I am not going to suggest that every Neighborhood Watch is the same; not sure why you are. Quote:

What,s next ? You will need a policy for the actual gated community...? Continue beating a dead horse ... He should have reported his suspicion to the cops and STOP any further action. |

I bet most don't allow guns. Think about it u as homeowner, you want to be on the hook if some volunteer with no training shoots the wrong person or misses and by accident shoots someone in their living room thru a Window. |
Well I just read the Sanford fl neighborhood watch manual . Google it and uu can download the pdf. Talks about the same exact shit I learned in ga. Call the police know your neighbors, don't confront nothing about carrying guns but if u are confronting why would you have to carry a gun.

i suppose that is for another discussion, but in the end i think it is reasonably safe to say that not everyone who wants to carry a gun should be allowed to. |

Look at this shit - perfect example: Not even one utterance of the word black in that entire news piece. No, it's just, "some out of control "flash mobs" are beating people half to death and robbing stores, you know how these teenagers are. What can you do?" Flash mobs - like it was a bunch of kids doing the YMCA in the fucking Gallery food court or something. What it really was was gangs of black kids beating and robbing white people who they percieved to be wealthy. Now whether that was a racial issue or a class issue is arbitrary and besides the point, anyway. The point is that it took the black mayor of the city coming out and basically saying, "Look, stop acting like a bunch of fucking porch monkeys. Pull your pants up and go get a job. And tell your parents to actually raise you" before anyone in the media would even acknowledge the racial aspect of it. And it needed to be said. It's just a shame that if it came from anybody else, it would just be "racist" - end of discussion. Anyway, the Zimmerman case exposure has more to do with gun rights and this "stand your ground" law than any racial shit |

From all that has been stated as recorded in phone calls to the police he followed the same procedure my neighborhood watch was trained to do. As far as the shooting goes a Judge or a Jury will determine if it was a justifiable homicide or not. |
In Detroit we just shoot them, then shoot any witnesses. After that we just drag them into the alley.
Color isn't a factor, but stupidity is. |
