So...are there any good alternatives to Strongbox? Specifically for stuff like automatically detecting password sharing and temp banning some users, perma banning some users, blocking bot logins, etc. It's a really useful piece of software and I use it on all my websites, but I'm also having difficultly reaching them to Strongbox a new website so I'm trying to find an alternative to it that is as reliable as my websites get attacked daily.Comment

Ray, What's up? I shot an email as well awhile ago, not sure how long ago. You have good products, you need to answer emails and respond to them. I have myself and 2 other people relying on a server that I have no idea if protected or not.
Actually I do know, it's not. I switched servers and you didn't get back to me or my host.Comment

Ray has an awesome product and in the past was always excellent with support, but recently has totally dropped the ball with support. I've been waiting a week myself since my last email to them. It took my brother two months (yes, you read that right) to get a reply after multiple attempts to contact them, and he paid for their extra support.

Does anyone have hands on experience with Proxypass? Like are they prompt with service, how long to install, and has it worked well compared to Strongbox? I see that it's been around for a long time which I like, I'm way too nervous to try something new, but I can't seem to find much more info on it.Comment
