You can count the keyword density of done top results. Then you can do it again next week, and again next month, and spend half your time updating your pages to tweak the SEO. That'll get you a lot of tragic to that page, traffic that will bump right off the page.
Alternatively, you can write text that converts traffic into sales and that type of text will do well in the SEs over the long term. Some weeks it'll do great traffic, some less, but on average it will do well. Because Google tracks bounce rate, making pages that convert will actually increase your SE traffic too. Google reasons that if people looking for X stay on your site and even buy from you, your site must be relevant for the search term.For historical display only. This information is not current:
