                                  Don't go custom unless you can do the code yourself. When you want to make changes and the designer is no longer available, the new guy you find will tell you the first guy's code is a mess and it would be easier/cheaper to start from scratch. Each new guy you find will tell you the previous guy didn't know what he was doing.

                                      Definitely go custom if you have a good programmer.

                                      Even if you go with ElevatedX, you will still need some things changed or features added, and they won't do it for you, so you are stuck.

                                              If you go custom, prepare to waste months of your time and hope to God the person who made it will be around later when you need him to be. However, if you get what you want, it can be great. But if you just want to get up and running, get something out of the box.
