Tornado went through my backyard...

Well, it was my neigbors backyard but close enough.... Two of my kids are staying with me for the summer, (11 & 12) they were both in the basement flipping out. I went down stairs with my camera and interviewed them, asking whats going on and how they felt about it. (trying to lighten the mood) I knew it was super windy, but had no idea a Tornado touched down, exspecially so close. They were yelling at me to put the camera away, It's not funny! but now they keep asking to watch the video... haha

I'm close to Ashland now, I didn't see it, But for about 20 seconds it got a bit crazy and loud, our neighbor said it touched down in his yard. and you can see where the trees are pulled out. or broken, I see alot of trees down, and some big ones with the roots still attached, but, no houses were destroyed. and I didn't see a tornado with my own eyes... probably just really strong wind. temp in my car went from over 100 degrees to 74 in a matter of minutes....

I can see the Ohio river from my house when the leaves are off the trees. I'm very close to where Ky. Ohio, and Wv. meet
