Android 4.0.3 - that direct link allows me to "play online" or "download" and it works great. buffers very fast during play online.

No, this was just done on Handbrake only for mobile, using the iPod legacy profile. They have a few default profiles, but this one works across all of my devices. Wanted to see how it does for everyone else.

If I wanted to make a large one for desktop streaming, I would use Handbrake as well, with a larger video size, different settings and bit rate, then after that encode was complete I would use MP4 FastStart to rearrange the moov atom (it's also called "hinting") to the front so it streams properly.
