I'm trying to figure out how to avoid getting eaten up by these $3 withdrawal fees. I know I can get $200 out at once at walmart with no fee other than the $3 payoneer charges.

I'm going to have over 5k on it by the end of next month so how do I get it all out without spending $100 or more of it in fees?

The best way to reduce card usage fees is to make direct purchases online and in stores when possible, so that you are not charged any cash withdrawal or ATM fees. If you are in need of a cash withdrawal, it's also best to make less frequent and higher withdrawal amounts.
