And the fact is, there is not really an argument when telling a merchant processor, that the majority of files on this filehost are all illegal. We can't find any legal files. You'll find once Mastercard and Visa terminations start happening that the balance between legal and illegal files will be moot.
Visa and Mastercard will always err on the side of protecting their brand. If their brands are associated with thousands of illegal files available publicly then they'll act on a sites payment processing regardless of how many innocuous legal files are available privately.
