About the ecosystem: given how paypal is lost or unstable feature for filelockers at the moment, now the biggest funding of piracy sites it is advertising for sure, not the pay per download sales. In fact torrent sites never had pay options at all, but paying big hosting bills still doing profit.

You haven't been paying attention. He is not going after tubes because there is basically no copyrighted content on the tubes. He said that 5 times or so. Don't you get it?

Hmm then it seems that you haven't seen his 2years old topic where he states that he wants to go after Fabian but waittttt...Fabian???

AK you are doing nothing against piracy until you start cracking all kind of sites including torrents and ofc file lockers.

Oh look, it's the guy who doesn't care again.

Please keep posting to show just how much you don't care.

Right on cue, it's the anon troll who always follows Franck, who doesn't care and hasn't cared for 98 pages now.

I bought Rosetta Stone so I can speak retardese with some of you, so please don't judge too harshly if my words are a little mixed up as I am not fluent in retard yet. But here it goes... STOP FILE LOCKERS.

Why is it stop file lockers? Because there is currently no leverage with tubes or torrents, thus there is nothing to do about them right now. This was something AK figured out when he looked into going after Fabian's tubes way back then. Then he adapted and went after what he could, which brings us here today and his campaign to stop file lockers.

I know, I know, this is a concept that is very difficult for simple minds to comprehend, so I don't really fault you if you still don't get it. It's also possible my retardese is a little off, adding to the confusion of it all.

It's pretty intriguing watching the people posting in this thread who, by their own admission, are not rights holders or doing anything to combat piracy themselves.

They all demand that we turn our attention away from what we are doing and chase after this that or the other based upon their their poorly informed and misguided sense of what's wrong.

Franck is predictable, there's not much substance to him other than feeling obliged to continually troll this thread. Some of the others have already exposed themselves as involved with or beneficiaries of incentivised piracy thus it's in their interests to derail what we do.

Our efforts continue. File Lockers and other participants in the ecosystem never know where we will strike next and we'll keep placing pressure on them.

And there is Franck not caring yet again. 2nd time in 12 hours you haven't cared about any of this. Not sure if I should laugh or feel sorry for you.

See you in a few more hours, champ.

I think it's pretty obvious what motivates them. That's when you know you're making progress. The only people who should be commenting in this thread are people who want to limit piracy. Anyone else making negative comments are showing their ass.

Well, some have vested interests in trying to derail efforts, but most are just people like Franck.

Illegal content should be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

As for copyright issues, if you are a rights holder being affected then we can help you.

Damn it AdultKing....Who the fuck do you think you are? Actually DOING something about a facet of piracy!

Don't you understand that none of the rest of us have ever done ANYTHING successfully against any type of piracy?

Look...if you can't singlehandedly stop ALL piracy all by yourself (tubes, bit torrents, illicit DVD sales in Asia, etc.) then you are fucking worthless!

Now just give up and start criticizing everybody and anybody who has the balls to think that they can possibly stand up and do something.

AK, I just cc'd you on a huge DMCA to upload.net

Does anyone know the purpose of http://www.whoishostingthis.com/ when it never lists the right host?

Is there a better site to find their host?

Correct.

Not hard to comprehend is it ? Even you were able to do it!
I was quoting your butt buddy who's response to why you don't take on other forms of piracy is because your site is "stopfilelockers" and not "stop this or that". Clearly you are "stopping this and or that" and not just file lockers.

Manwin must have paid you off quite nicely to stay away from their assets!

Command line tools such as whois and dig used together with traceroute will usually tell you who the host is. In cases where a front end proxy exists it's more difficult, however there are things you can do to discover the host.

I replied to Sherm on 15 Feb regarding this and asked if a phone meeting was possible to discuss the issue.

Given the sensitive nature of where we are at right now I can't discuss this publicly and we need some extra assistance from rights holders.

AK do you think following news it is real?

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/n...gal-sites.html

Posted in GFY, I googled for it, it is only released by the telegraph and no party involved released comments.
Perhaps they have to read this thread first, to figure what's that about
Contact google perhaps, maybe they hire.

Yes it is real, while I cannot go into specifics, look beyond the spin at the real story.

All the stakeholders who have to react to piracy are in constant dialogue about how best to deal with commercial piracy at a policy level.

These measures arise from the methods we have been using for over seven months on this problem. We have had many meetings and discussions with several parties regarding longer term strategies for dealing with the issues of piracy.

One way of helping us speed up our work and kill off more sites is to contribute to us employing more people to deal with the problem. A casual employee costs us $24 - $28 per hour.

At the moment everybody working on the project is voluntary. We need more help, it is unreasonable to expect that everyone will work for free forever.

There is just a few days left for us to raise our $10,000 target on www.stopfilelockers.com and we're only at $2100. Contributions can be made via the Chip In widget on the site.

Donations can also be made via paxum to [email protected]

Well considering advert spots in torrent sites and filelocker based forums cost 10 to 100 times that for a month to book, I would say money is made doing piracy, not fighting piracy. Those who could make money by fighting piracy (it means, increase sales or decrease loss of sales, of content) are the bigger content owners, which means hollywood and such perhaps.. since adult ones looks a little broke, except cam , dating etc. sites, which buy traffic from pirate sites anyway, or are purchased by tube networks who prefer to keep piracy fight as low profile not to be hit themselves even for minor DMCA % issue.

I'm selling semi-exclusive licenses to 215 HD scenes and 6K pictures from www.homemadepaysite.com (20 licenses total) 799 dollars. I will donate 300 dollars from each of the next 3 licenses I sell to AK for this project. I hope it helps some. Thanks

Hi AK,
Any of your guys coming to Barcelona in March?

We might be able to get you some help. For what you pay per week, we employ 4 guys a month.

Because we deal with legal organisations, law enforcement bodies and third parties under strict confidentiality agreements it's entirely necessary for security and practicality reasons that our employees work within our office.

For example, we have one active file which spans 9 volumes in binders - a little difficult to share that with offshore or virtual employees.

Thanks for the offer though.

Consider a donation please.

I'm almost curious if you scan post count first before actual titles. Clever for selling sig spots and as the first post on any page is seen first.

AC..looks like you are having an impact on a pretty large player on the processing side of "file locker land": check out downloadnolimit's news section

After reading their statement I decided to email them since there is a site in particular which uses spicyfile (a site downloadnolimit processes for) who rarely responds to DMCA notifications and when they do the poster just re-uploads the file.

I am really interested to see how true their statement is and I will keep you posted!

We have been targeting DownloadNoLimit.com for some time.

You may note that they wear "Member of ACIUF" badge with pride. This is like a serial killer wearing a CrimeStoppers tshirt.

Through the sale of memberships to dozens of infringing file lockers, DownloadNoLimit directly contributes to ripping off content owners.

ACIUF may wish to explain why they are becoming partners with a payment system that is deliberately dedicated to infringing file lockers that routinely rip off the content of rights holders.

Bills needed to be paid?

No seriously I'm scratching my head here as well... what gives Siep / ACIUF?

QUESTION:
"if you really want to change things - create something with real values. "

ANSWER:
Because if you are REALLY creative and shooting porn films and still photography...then the "upload monkeys" will just steal it and upload it to a file locker and devalue all your hard work.

I don't understand why some people can't grasp that simple fact.

Some of us really enjoy CREATING films. It's called "pornography". It's the very foundation of this industry.

And when you take what the whole industry is built on and devalue it...then you are fucking the entire industry up.

AK is doing a great thing here.

NONE of you have done ANYTHING even remotely close to stopping these thieves.

But thanks for the suggestion that us true creative people should just work a little harder and be "more" creative...all so you can fucking steal it and make money with it yourselves because you don't have a creative bone in your body (talking about pirates and thieves)
