Moogie, do you want to know why there's virtually no DropBox piracy ? It's because people know that DropBox will zap your account the minute they get adverse reports about infringers. Whereas if we compare that to you, you'll block DMCA agents from auditing your service for infringement.
If there's anything been achieved by the last several pages of dialogue with you, it's that you've demonstrated yourself to be a fence for thieves without any regard for the rights of others. More than 1000 requests in the Google transparency report in 2 months. Dropbox is a much larger operation than you by an order of magnitude yet they have less than 20 requests in 2 years and only 0.000012% infringing. Even RapidShare which is described by some in the anti piracy movement as one of the worst sites there is for piracy has only 21.56% infringing You cant argue with the Google figures unless you want to claim these are bullshit too. You hate the fact that people support us because you hate what we are doing, it has the potential to ruin you. Your posts are self serving, the only interest you have is stopping us before we stop you. |
