You ignorant fool. He is not a content removal service.

He's a "take away your processing if you are a thieving file locker" service.

You're going down little man.

Haven`t you followed this thread? Getting their host-contracts terminated is one of the efforts to deal with file-lockers... besides terminating payment-proceccors....

my host is well aware we are a service provider, and we deal with any and all dmca requests which are sent to our host. Even the false ones people have been submiting.

But you'll happily rely on all those piracy related sites for links and traffic. Classy.

Just chipped in a little again, for the 3rd or 4th time now, can't recall.

I realized I've probably personally accounted for roughly 1% of the views on this thread.

we don't rely on them. Do you have some tool that guages how much traffic we receive from those sites who are posting links that violate our TOS versus all the other sites who send us traffic? I didn't think so. this is just your opinion correct?

I actually haven't published that number but I will now.

59 we have targeted are confirmed no longer on the web as of 4th October.

62 file lockers have changed hosts after having been terminated by their existing host.

19 of those are no longer on the web.

Just to be absolutely clear - we have no link to or involvement with ACIUF beyond them having provided a couple of reports to us very early in the campaign.

We are entirely independent and our websites are:

http://stopfilelockers.com
http://copycontrol.org
http://forum.copycontrol.org

We do not publish information on any other organisations web sites.

It's quite easy for you to pull these numbers out of the air I assume. You also like to take credit for things that have nothing to do with you, as taking out mediafire's paypal. or having filereactor as a site killed on your website, or you were responsible POSOnline having to renegotiate it's merchant contract, because they went above their threshold of chargebacks. I'll play along and let you fool all these people. It's not that hard of a job.

But why can't you post how much manwin paid you to look the other way?

I'm sure google and blogger, don't really count as a webhost, in what we're discussing.

Yep, none of it has anything to do with us.

By the way you can check the figures yourself, just go back to my post of a week or so ago where I listed all the domains of the sites that are now not available. Ah that's right you saw that because that's when you were posting as Krylon.

I really don't know what you're talking about. This is a public forum, and you are not required to log in to view posts.

Please let everyone know how much funding the biggest pirate organization on the internet has allocated to your company.

filefactory.es
filemade.com
freeuploading.com
usstream.tv
coraldrive.net
imgbucks.com
batshare.com

files-king.com
bonmuzon.com
filedino.com
ligamusic.com
justmusicdoor.com
allbox4.com
unlimitshare.com
file-bit.net
auexport.com

there are about 20 more on life support we think will drop off completely as their domains, prepaid hosting etc expires.
That was posted further back in the thread, the number has obviously grown a bit. We're actually seeing the rate of sites completely falling over is increasing.

Sorry Krylon, oh I mean Moogie or whatever your nick is this week. UltraMegaBit will join the list of has been file hosts eventually.

Let's make a prediction, in 12 months we'll still be here fighting and you'll be doing something else because UltraMegaBit has failed.

Better go back to WJunction now, your uploaders are complaining that UltraMegaBit havent made enough deals with piracy forums.

It's great to see you connecting with these "legitimate rights holders" on WJunction.

However I am confused, why would a legitimate cloud hosting site need to pander to uploaders of illegal and copyright infringing content ? Why would a legiitimate cloud hosting site block the IP addresses of copyright agents ? Why would a legitimate cloud hosting site need to make deals with piracy sites ?

Moogie, your legitimate cloud hosting service is being used to distribute potentially illegal pornography on a site called Rape Board which deals in incest and rape topics.

Got anything to say about that ?

Let's make a prediction, 2 months from now, you will still be begging for donations from webmasters, and still trying to steal business from pornguardian, nateglass, removeyourcontent, and who else should i mention? You will still be taking donations from known pirates 'manwin', to fund your anti-piracy outfit, and you will still have some inflated costs which you will be posting as the reasoning for begging for more money.

Also, I don't have any deals with any websites or pirate boards, so I don't know what you are talking about.

Keep making these allegations Robert, and you shall soon see that we are not infact the same type of site that just bow down to your bullying. You will face some consequences if you keep making these bogus allegations toward us. You will have to use your money from piracy which you received from manwin on your legal team mostly.

You mean the copyright agents that you block because it puts stain on your SQL server ?

I have explained 3 times, why I have blocked the 3 DMCA outfits. They were running an automated script which was in effect ddos'ing our site. Which is an attack, and we have the right to block web attacks. The automated script is the same as the script you're running against our /upgrade page. It too shall be blocked.

We're not running anything. So perhaps you might want to check your information.

As for the suspect content on UltraMegaBit, we've been receiving a steady stream of reports since you started posting here. Unlike many other file lockers based in more difficult jurisdictions, you face a larger problem.

Interesting times for you ahead, I can see that.

Yes I'm sure the aussies will be coming after me. It's great that people are sending dmca's to you, a third party company which has no rights to any of the infringing links which are being forwarded to them. Our company deals with ALL dmca requests in a very rapid manor.

actually none of the content is owned by us. It is user generated content. And do you want to talk about shady deals? How about the fact that your anti-piracy organization is funded by pirates?

Robert, that's the great thing about you. You are very optimistic. Keep playing your hand, unfortunately, I will call your bluff, and it will hit you in your pocket book.

That's if the DMCA agents can find the infringements, you've already been outed for gleefully blocking the IP addresses of those investigating your infringement of copyright.

No, we don't block legitimate copyright agents, only those who are ddos'ing us with automatic scripts that are running 100's of times a second. In count there are 3 of them blocked. But you can ask Nateglass, removeyourcontent, pornguardian, and all the reputable agents, that operate within the law, unlike you, we always help out in removing any content they forward us.

As for the suspect content on UltraMegaBit, we've been receiving a steady stream of reports since you started posting here. Unlike many other file lockers based in more difficult jurisdictions, you face a larger problem.

Interesting times for you ahead, I can see that.
I think you have enough incriminating statements from him now. Might not hurt to put him on ignore and keep going with your updates. I'm gonna send some more as well to help. It's a bad time right now for program owners and content owners and this absolutely needs to be done.

That's where we differ, we dont remove content we remove you.

You can play the DMCA game with a site like yours for a year and still be in the same position as you were in when you started. You know that, you trade on that fact.

We're different, we're focussed on taking your money supply away. Thus far we've been very successful with many other sites. We'll get you too.

anyway, throw another shrimp on the barbie, and keep dreaming someday you will be relevant, and will make any kind of a difference. Just remember all, the reputable content removal agents are laughing at you with e-mails to me which I won't publish. You're a joke among your peers.

They're not our peers, they can play the DMCA game, someone has to while the DMCA is law, however the DMCA doesn't apply anywhere other than the USA and as long as the USA has treaties with countries like Australia, then you're more vulnerable than you realise.

We also don't need the DMCA law in order to demonstrate to a billing company that the brand risk associated with a merchant is high. High brand risk means that they'll turf you in order to avoid negative publicity. Watch this space.

You're right, let me remind everyone of how they can help.

1. send copies of DMCA & Infringement notices as a cc to infringements -at- copycontrol.org
2. make a contribution via Paypal on the Stop File Lockers website chip in widget.
3. make a donation via Paxum to [email protected]
4. volunteer some time to our collaboration team.

Everything helps.

Donate money if you want to turn your eye to the fact that this anti-piracy outfit is funded by the biggest adult piracy operation on the internet. You can guarantee that your donations will infact be used greatly, to give manwin more of the traffic share they deserve.

Hey Robert, one more time, how much did fabian give you?
