well it does matter, since I'm answering all the questions he's requesting, it's common courtesy. I am quite surprised to see that senior citizens are learning to use computers. That's awesome!

we have blocked some IP's of DMCA agents using scripts which was in essence ddos'ing our site. And that is an attack, we are well within our rights to block web attacks.

Okay, so I have to figure that you are probably 18+; but the "senior citizen" jab means under 30. I'm guessing 23.

Ok so you're not able to state publicly that you're against copyright infringement.

That's interesting. Especially considering that 96.7% of all links indexed by Google to files on your servers come from Warez sites, Release sites, Piracy forums, Piracy blogs and so forth.

You have to realize, that links which are shared on the internet are likely to be indexed on google. Most people don't publicly post links on forums to stuff they're sharing with relatives or friends or co-workers.

You work for UltraMega Corp, a company set up by a two bit online shelf company service, fill out a form, click , pay, click again - company formed.

No specialist lawyer set your company up, you're not all that credible in your responses to questions either.

Back to the question at hand.

Are you against piracy ?

Will you make it a feature of your terms of service that linking to files from a piracy or warez website is just cause for files to be removed ?

Do people join Pay Per Download programs for the few files they share with relatives and co-workers ?

In any case you were asked to post examples of legitimate use of your site, you have failed to do so.

Let me give you the opportunity again.

Please post some examples of genuine rights holders using your service to distribute their content.

So, now you're playing the my corp is better than your corp? Wow. Very tactful. We didn't feel the need to pay 10x the amount to form our corporation, when the end result is the same.

How is a anti-piracy operation funded by the largest adult pirate company on the internet?

Well at the end of the day that is up to both you and AdultKing what you want to say on a forum, but it seems pretty childish to keep arguing with each other over who, what were and when but it sure has a good entertainment value

Who ever said that they do?
You can find many examples of genuine rights holders using our service to distribute their content and earn money from our pay per download model. I have given you one example of a forum which much traffic comes from. xda developers. I'm sorry I can't go in and browse around at everything everyone is uploading. I do value safe harbor.

I can't speak for fabian's motives in making a contribution. All I can say is that at no time has any favour been asked for and I have made it clear and consistent throughout that no favour would be given.

What I can say is that if you add up all of the money contributed by this industry I have matched that and then some out of my own pocket. In fact by the end of the year I will have put almost $100,000 of my own cash and in kind contributions to Copy Control and the IP Association.

I know. Completely understand. I just wanted to make it absolutely clear, that he is funded by the largest pirates on the internet, and is allowing their millions of infringements with YOUR content on their servers to go unchecked, because they have made generous donations to him and his company before he starts soliciting you webmasters for more money.

Some pretty strange Business morals. But I have to log now. Thanks for the fun times.

Completely untrue. I have already stated clearly and openly that NO CONTRIBUTOR is afforded any favour, exemption, preference, special treatment or anything else. We cannot be bought.

You have been bought. You haven't even raised an eyebrow to the 100,000's of infringements from this company. But yet, small organizations like mine, and others are more of a threat than this company. I mean hell, you even did a 2 page story on our site? Not even one small mention or tweet about manwin? You said you're battling commercial piracy? Seems like that is commercial piracy on a massive scale. But yet you take donations from them. So, it is very obvious, that you are showing favor. Any person with some business morals, would have laughed at his offer. Assuming that ending commercial piracy is your real agenda.

We are targeting infringing file lockers - all of them - no favours no preferences no exemption.

Krylon, you're going back to your old arguments. We're not targeting anything other than file lockers and the immediate eco system.

We're not targeting counterfeit goods importers, drop shippers, tubes, etc. We're targeting file lockers.

Not one single infringing file locker has been given a free pass.

It still does not change the fact that you have TAKEN MONEY from a known pirate organization to fund your ANTI-PIRACY operation.
and you speak of shady business practices.

While quietly some file lockers are being auctioned off on Flippa, feel sorry for the folks that thought they were buying a legitimate business and realize what they bought into

You'll use any method of deflection to avoid the fact that you are an enabler of wide scale commercial copyright infringement. You pay people to upload infringing files. It's that simple.

The fact of the matter is, we would have ceased to exist a month ago without contributions, so I'll gladly accept funding from anyone, including you, but don't expect anything in return because you wont get anything in return.

This is absolutely not true. And your allegations are amazing. We have strict measures against people trying to earn off of infringing content.

But I guess if the DEA was running out of money they would take some from pablo escobar to continue their operations.

Describe those strict measures ? Do you prohibit the sharing of files on your service from piracy and warez sites - which accounts for thousands of links back to your service ?

I tell you what you don't realise, you are infringing on Manwin's own content. Content they own. It's been linked to in this thread as an example of your broad enabling of copyright infringement.

Your service is enabling the theft of millions of dollars worth of content, think about that.

You have no qualms about boasting how much Nautilus donates to you on a site read by many more viewers than copycontrol or stopfilelockers receive. Why not state publicly how much you have accepted from the pirates? We will pretend this is just an interview also, so you don't need to post it on copycontrol, or stopfilelockers. Just here.

Webmasters, I recommend you stick with the trusted content removal companies such as pornguardian, or nateglass, but do you really want to trust a company who is paid by pirates? Will he really remove your content from his partners sites?

I cannot actively monitor every file shared on our service. If we have received a valid dmca takedown request to [email protected], then it would have been removed immediately.

He doesn`t have to remove our content.. the only thing he "has" to do is remove those fucking file-lockers! So we don`t have to remove our content!

So those strict measures aren't so strict ?

I tell you what , you put in your TOS that sharing links on piracy websites is prohibited and will result in file deletion and actually enforce that measure then we'll report all the links to you and together we can wipe out most of that problematic piracy on your service ?

Surely having strict anti-piracy rules would mean you would jump at the chance to eliminate it from your legitimate service ?

Here is what you don't understand... who cares who funds it?

If one larger pirate operation funded him with enough cash so that all the other pirate operations would end up going out of business, I'd call that a huge win. It is easier to deal with a large, professional group of pirates than it is a bunch of dodgy, wanna be pirates who cry like babies.

I'm not a fan of Manwin, but I'll take one giant Manwin over all you little shits.

Sorry, is that a boy in your avatar? You can't expect me to take any of your comments serious. Apologies.

Moogie, seeing as you have strict measures in place to mitigate piracy how about you ou put in your TOS that sharing links on piracy websites is prohibited and will result in file deletion and actually enforce that measure then we'll report all the links to you and together we can wipe out most of that problematic piracy on your service ?

Surely having strict anti-piracy rules would mean you would jump at the chance to eliminate it from your legitimate service ?

Robert, you have my email, I have gave it to you many times. Feel free to contact me any time with some of your ideas, but I don't feel the need to discuss any more operational matter over a porn forum.

We'll have the legal team send you a proposal, you can accept or reject it, we'll get that done Monday.

And there it is. The one fake nick who ALWAYS makes comments to me about ladyboys as soon as I make a comment to him. I was waiting for it, and you just did it. Thank you.

This is the same clown who has been here with 4 - 5 other nicks. He always says the same things to me.
