All the people involved with WJunction, past and present are just as bad as each-other.

Put simply, those who have been involved in running the site have supported the rampant piracy that is promoted on that site and all share culpability for the end results.

There are those who will profess they were wanting to clean up WJunction, however that's merely a cop out. If you don't agree with the site and what it does then just don't be involved.

Well said Robert! That site was created for and will always be about piracy. It was started by a internet piracy network, but we both know the history. It will always be about piracy!

Lead by example, I can say I made my anti-piracy message clear regularly there. I never professed to being a pirate but I had a back history, built for a reason, that was trustworthy and managed to get the trust of a few upper level persons on the site.

There are screenshots of me scolding users complaining about not getting money for stolen content. I find it hilarious that no one figured out my end game with posts like that being made.

In the end my digging in the back end of the site and the solicitation of clients to open UT were discovered. They did not realize what was happening beside UT or that we had an organized group in place for a long time collecting information and data.

We have more surprises coming, there is bound to be more mud slinging also. Some people are having trouble with a 3 letter username as is with the gizmodo article posted about me and UT so we know we have destabilized their world.

I need to make something very clear, something I posted a long time ago in this thread. In August last year I said....

Copy Control and the Stop File Lockers project will not work with hackers. We will not be involved in any so called anti-piracy group that uses illegal means to gain information.

Using MySQL injection, accessing accounts where people use the same passwords, dealing in unlawfully obtained databases and so forth is not a part of our ethos and never will be.

There has been recent media reports about UploaderTalk.com being a honeypot, however the fact is that the person operating that site was accepting payments from file lockers for advertising and furthermore was a disaffected WJunction staff member who has a history of running piracy sites.

Now it may be that they have changed their ways, however we do not support this group and have no official ties with it.

Using the tactics that have been used by these people to start an anti-piracy company is dubious at best and I would advise extreme caution in dealing with people of the progeny of hacking and running warez sites.

This is all I have to say on this matter. There is no doubt the antics of these people have been interesting to watch, however at the end of the day their activities are unlawful and our ethos is to act within the law.

I did reply to them stating that they could keep the lines of communication open if they shared a common goal, however their methods are useless to us.

Any information obtained through their methods is tainted. We cannot use it.

We build case files on every target site, we use legal methods to obtain the information necessary to progress action against the pirates and their sites. We cannot use information that is unlawfully obtained and furthermore to do so would set back our efforts.

I have serious reservations about them and their methods and I am not interested in their methods. I also think it's fair to question the motives of someone who ran numerous warez sites, was an active and willing participant in WJunction until kicked out.

That's the smart thing to do. Having any contacts with WDF would only lead certain individuals to run a crusade against you that wouldn't be needed. You are more than capable to do what you need to do without the illegal aspects to it, you've proven that already. Imagine what would happen if someone had information / conversations of you corroborating WDF and these people? Now that they have a public LLC with all of their information it's only a matter of time before something serious happens.

Personally I think GFY should consider taking steps to ban WDF from here. Imagine if there was a huge File Host here, you guys would have him out in a heart beat. Here you have a guy whose been hammered by several groups and the small group had their claims re-stated by the larger group. I've been reading his comments around the web and even on this forum and he's both said & done some pretty threatening things. He's violated at least 3 of the cardinal rules here on this site, wouldn't you agree that someone like him is justifiably worse than someone who is committing copyright infringement?

As I said in the post above, there have been a few email exchanges between myself and people from AntiWarez/NukePiracy/WDF. It's hard to know who you're dealing with as there are all sorts of pseudonyms used like BillyBeerGoogles and so forth.

I'm quite happy to post all of my exchanges with them for the sake of transparency.

Furthermore, I'll state again that all of the releases of data by this crew is useless to us. It's tainted. We cannot rely on it, nor can we use it to further our efforts.

It's worth noting that I outed the Kaktuz/WJunction/IQ69 details here without needing any help from these people who subsequently hacked WJunction. Using publicly available tools, company searches and domain history data it was not hard to put together.

I think this crew are being opportunistic and I think the Honeypot story smells of convenience.

In regards to the email "BillyBeerGoggles". Well you can see the actual @Gmail account associated with that is the same name on the Elite-Warez.org archive/screenshot. So there is no discrepancy there. Funny thing is Nuke Piracy tried to claim that they also "acquired" that domain along with Uploader Talk. How does one acquire something that they already possess?

To me it just seems like a bunch of rogue kids, playing aggressive games and trying to ride your coattail's here AK.

So you hate pirates so much that you set-up a honeypot to catch 'em, huh? Are you sure about that? So you have been running honeypots for at least 5 years, if that's the case. If you did, then why did you display ads on your warez websites? Why were some of your website paid/private? Isn't a honeypot designed to catch as many people as possible? What does that say about you?

Don't you think it's stupid, to commit what are considered illegal crimes online, then proceed to registering an LLC? And I'm not just talking about you running warez websites, I'm talking about you using illegal methods to obtain information on pirates. Again, what does that say about you?

So you turned from pirate to anti-pirate, but why? Obviously, you have never been very (financially) successful with any of your online projects, is that the reason? Are you just trying to make money off catching pirates and taking offline illegal content now? And once again, what does that say about you?

You're not very much different from AK, except for the fact that he actually bears a grudge against pirates. I just wanted to let you know a few things. I have only ever spoken to you as AntiWarez aka WD someone who also built up a reputation in the piracy world for being highly trusted and as such given intel of the highest levels, I shall admit to hacking I have this gay shit called Explosive Anger Disorder, it means when I get mad nothing stops me. but we do not always hack, sometimes the information we collect is pubic knowledge like site owners running nulled vBulletin and leaving backups for the world to download.

We have exposed liars such as Richard Humphrey/To0 as registered sex offenders who has recently made a site known as ScrollDog to discredit us. twisting stuff such as WDF saying above 'I fooled them once I can do it again.' this was aimed at the file-sharers/uploaders but To0 has twisted it so TorrentFreak thinks it was aimed at them which is untrue and unjust you will also see him trying to discredit the honeypot news which again untrue, information from the UT site has been used for many months by us/affiliates leading to news such as:

As of our incorporation the NukePiracy/AntiWarez mandate changed along with company rules such as no hacking/etc. all data must be public and logs made of where collected/etc. we will note some of our team have used grey areas to obtain data in the past but now it all must be legal.

A little laugh, ScrollDog.com has also tried to attack by means of hacking in the past but he will not admit to this, he has recently admitted that the child sex offenses are true on his very on site ScrollDog.

Now then, Back to the UT/Honeypot between 2008/2012 me and WDF and other NukePiracy staff have worked in many areas of the file-sharing world, building a reputation and high trust/respect in the scene. the sites which To0 has posted are infact honeypots to gather intel after the original owners couldn't pay to keep them up, what better way to gain intel then to leave a forum online and for it to run itself? we have much bigger honeypots including one of the biggest and oldest warez sites alive today having a database of close to 60GB as of typing this. we even announced this a few months ago: nukepiracy.com/special-announcement-nukepiracy-acquires-several-related-websites/

EDIT: @UploadMonkey like we have said, these sites were obtained after the original owners failed to keep them up. We had ties to webhosting in the past and these are clients old sites who failed to pay. the sites were left to run as nothing changed and such nothing was removed.

Payments taken by UT/UploaderTalk were to gain information on the filehost owners themselves, any funds went back into the running of the honeypots, no profit has been made.

The UploaderTalk honeypot story doesn't stand up to scrutiny and hacking to gain information simply sets the whole effort back as that information is then tainted and cannot be used anyway.

I don't know how old these guys are but they obviously lack the maturity to engage in this area with any credibility.

If anyone is approached by WDF or Nuke Piracy I would suggest thinking twice before dealing with them.
