    NastyDollars Not Paying

    Being an affiliate for 10 years, never having not been paid by a program, this is now my 2nd thread in 6 months or so.

    First it was TeenRevenue. Now NastyDollars.

    2 cheques are owed. They are ignoring my emails. Been 6 months of emailing them since i stopped promoting them and been owed and still nothing.

    Figured I would post this thread in order to warn others and hopefully help assist me in getting the money they owe me

    I see their support online too, his status came from Away to Online after I messaged him and nothing

    Cant get the others to accept my ICQ requests.

    [email protected] is ignoring them also.

    I suggest taking a look at your stats and making sure you have been paid everything you are owed

      I have been a webmaster of Nasty Dollars since they started. I can say I have been dissapointed lately with the support and accounting. I have tried contacting them several times trhough email and icq regarding the revenue from bonus sales. It just seems I always have to nag someone in order to get compensated. I haven't had a problem being paid with regular sales. I wouldn't have started a thread over it personally but seeing a fellow long time webmaster of their program feel the same way has me wondering whats up with them.

                  My comments here have nothing to do with NastyDollars, I have always loved them and found them to be a great sponsor... but I just wanted to point out the point I've been making A LOT lately, customer support is SOOO important... by sending a simple email, or IM, and keeping in touch with your customers will not only prevent threads like this from popping up, but it will also help customers remain loyal and confident in you and your program... It's just a simple email, or IM, checking in with people and it pays off big time...

                                      I am not suggesting i think they are not paying anybody else as of yet but I suggested that you guys look into it because when they dont care enough to get cheques out to one person and choose to eventually ignore them, that they aren't too far away from not paying more people and it just spirals from there, so keep your eyes on payments

                                      This isn't a small company, theyre definitely checking their email and choosing not to respond.

                                                              Not a false alarm Socks. Wasn't paid and have been ignoring my emails for many months.

                                                              Im still not holding my breath, accounting has already told me they would correct it and chose to just stop responding to emails.

                                                                                                      told me they would sort it out and dragged it on for about 2 months while I had my links up and no doubt sent more sales to them

                                                                                                      support is a complete joke and they just ignore you

                                                                                                                      I was getting sales, reached more than minimum and they didn't pay out until I contacted them and told them to. Apparently it's not an automatic thing over there and you have to get on them. I dont know many people who haven't needed to get on them for money. Like alot of programs, I believe they like to take advantage of the people who don't pay attention

                                                                                                                      Then when they say finally did get around to paying and told me they did, they didn't. Eventually got it though.

                                                                                                                      Jury is still out on NastyDollars though, theres absolutely no reason to tell me they'll send my cheques, then dont and then continue to ignore emails for months.

                                                                                                                      Hopefully one of these reps can help out though.

                                                                                                                              they owe me like 95 bucks and I haven't gotten it yet but I think they raised their min or something cause I made 300 a short time ago through one of their cycles and got the check on time even after seeing one of these threads.

                                                                                                                              I have stopped getting sign ups with them like clockwork though so I switched most of the domains I have promoting them over to pimproll hosted tube just to check them out. still have hosting accounts set up to be able to switch back but thought it was time to make a change and see this new system.

                                                                                                                              nasty dollars never did me great, but I had good cycles of over 5 hundred bucks in the past and stuff, then I always made at least the 35 dollars and would get that check for only 35 bucks (more often it was like 70 or 105 for a few sign ups)

                                                                                                                              Anyway it was a good run. I'll let you know if I get the 95 bucks or if I get it when it goes over hundred (if it ever does) and or I switch back. I still promote them and haven't tried to contact them yet cause their min now does say 50 and the 95 wouldn't actually be due until the end of this week and really 95 is just a pain in the ass since they haven't pulled any snakey shit on me ever like teen revenue has done more than a couple times.

                                                                                                                              P.S. teen revenue is now paying on time but I am having trouble converting them too so it just sucks all around in this biz. I am looking for other things or looking to work with others with some of my experience or something

                                                                                                                                          I've been promoting them for at least 7 years and never had a problem. I just wish they'd use a more "known" and trusted backend instead of their own custom homebrew, and work on increasing conversions which are going downhill quick, and not just with me. I've had multiple people tell me that their sales dropped or literally died off completely which is insane. These people have been promoting them just as long as I have.

I just went through it again and it's only the last three that are done like that so is there any significance to that? Just curious. It's like a total of 95.33, but curious why it's broken in 60, 35 and .33 but all the rest are totals of checks like 300 and whatever change?

                                                                                                                                                              date says 24th too so I'm bad, but why is it all broken down and not totalled. I think it is what I said though, new minimums
