We're looking at doing a shoot in Portugal, we need to find a Villa to shoot at... Ideally it will be Private and sleep 16 people... Anyone ever shot somewhere like this ?

Well you can go to Azeitão it's a small village near to Lisbon.
It's actually a very nice place.

I've shot in villas suitable for this type of trip. They are available the only problem is price. Honestly do you have the money to hire one? Not having a go but I've found everything is available for the right price.

Advice about the shoot.

Don't go in the height of the season, too hot, too busy and too expensive.
If you can get a place away from the town, grab it. Girls have a habit of going wild once they arrive.
Take tons of high to low factor sun tan lotion, keep the girls out of the sun during the mid day. They can go red and suffer.
No alcohol or drugs, especially make sure none try to take any through customs.
Don't pay until the trip is over, take all the ID shots and get them to sign model releases at the beginning of the trip. Unless 100% reliable girls.
Keep the return tickets very safe and hidden.
Take all the outfits you may require.
Feed them properly.
Keep them happy yet controlled.
Stay a little aloof from the girls.
Take back up equipment, nothing makes the whole thing a big money pit than arriving and finding your camera has gone down.
Take lights for when the sun is too hot or it's raining. So you can shoot indoors.

Can't think of anything else except have fun.
