What is a tube web? If you mean a tube site then the answer is some do and some don't.

If your looking to embed tube clips from the big tube sites, then I wouldn't bother, the likelihood of it been legit is minimal and you risk your site been taken down, as that's what happened to me when I started out.
Host some legit videos yourself and benefit not only from been a legit webmaster but also the extra traffic google will send you and earn some honest commission. :o)
