I have no idea about your Android experience (you haven't mention anything about it here) but I have a problem speaking to my friends who bought iphone 4s. Everyone with iphone 4(s) I'm talking to has a similar problem - during the call the voice gets suddenly horrible distorted and then it comes back to a normal or... the phone just gets "out of range". I really have no idea why people still buy this useless gayish crap from apple. :2 cents:

Android is шлак.

Sorry you're not smart enough to figure it out... it's ok, the iphone was made for people like you who need to have their hand held through life and told what to do at every turn. :thumbsup

I hate the light plastic feeling and the GUI Samsung throws over Android.

Really strange comments based towards iPhone owners. Such ignorance.

When registering for the play store it's the best to use a US VPN, that way you will always have access to the US Play store, no matter where you are in the world

I tried US and UK VPNs, no joy, as vdbucks said.. I was quite annoyed, cant get the apps i want, back to the UK in a few weeks so will load up then!

They send refurbished crap to Russia I believe, that's why, never had any problem, and I have been travelling lately through 5 countries.

Nope, I just like owning something I pay $600+ for.

But hey, kudos on calling me a geek... my feelings are so hurt right now, I'm not kidding.

Did you say "Russia"? One friend of mine bought his iphone 4s in the EU (don't remember the exact country, sorry), another one brought it from the UAE (the country he spends 90% of his time). Do you really think that Apple sends crap to the EU and UAE so only Ukrainians are able to buy the "real thing"?

P.S. About 19,900,000 results... and all from Russia? LOL

No worries, mate, I even know what you mean and meant no offense, its about phone not personality, but you started it first.

A buddy of mine thinks your way but my experience with Android, my Android usage has been awful comparing to iphone usage, so I stick to my shit. Peace.

I rarely mean anything by my jabs here on gfy.. I do it just to do it.. but yeah, I know what you mean. First android phone I got took some serious sit down time to learn the ins and outs and set things up how i wanted them... but i wouldn't have it any other way.

With the iphone, it's pretty much turn it on, set the date and time, change the wallpaper and then you're done. You can only do what Apple says you can do (even moreso these days since it's even more difficult to jailbreak) and that's it; whether it be apps, themes, rooting, creating custom roms, or even simple things like using openvpn or changing the default keyboard software... it's simply far too restrictive.

Android is more for expert users than iPhone for sure.. iPhone is way more dummy proof

I've been using a Galaxy Nexus for a few months now and it's the best phone I have ever used.

I did try out the Galaxy S2 but the weird screen colors and crappy Yamaha DAC chip made it impossible for me to use. I understand the Galaxy S3 will use a Wolfson DAC so it should be quite good for music playback.

One downside to Android phones is that each model is a grab bag of components, and some times the manufacturers will cheap out so you have to be very aware of what goes into the phone you want.

I understand the new IPhone will have a much needed larger screen, but unless they do something to make IOS a little more open (I mean it's nearly impossible to even copy pictures to the damn things) I don't think I could live with it.
