if the uploaded content is from members area then yes its stealing,
if the uploaded content is from fhg / promo material then its not stealing but its illegal coz he is making money from them, using imageporters ppv method. iif uploaded content is from fhg / promo material and he is linking it to appropriate paysite then , its not stealing. |
