    Savor the pain

    Pain drives me... makes me feel alive. I love different kinds of pain as well. Tattoo needle pain gives me one kind of high..... a 10 foot wave face planting me gives me another..... personal persecution is yet another.... but I enjoy every last bit of each that I can get.


    What kind of pain gets you off.....

                          I learned a pretty quick lesson from the road rash I got back in the late 80's after getting cut off by a car and dumping my 920 Virago and doing a 25-foot skid on the pavement.

                                                  Pain is nothing but a warning. It is a function of the body to notify the user that something POTENTIALLY damaging to the body is occuring. Thus pain is a manifestation of the mind, and as such a powerful mind can negate its effects.

                                                  If a person feels pain and decides that the cause is not life threatening, what that person is left with is just a sensation. Much like an orgasm. Past conditioning says that orgasm = good, pain = bad.

                                                  Much like releasing yourself into an orgasm, a person can release themself into pain...allowing the sensation to wash over the body like a flood of electricity...condition yourself to see pain for what it is...and bammo...you've got an extremely high tolerance or even a desire for pain.





                                                  However, when you are running bare footed in flip flops and you catch your big toe and drag it at high speeds across the concrete or other abrasive surface...my whole fucking theory goes right down the tubes.
