A friend of mine had an exchange student from China stay with them and she was telling us how high school there is basically just a prep school for college and how it is competitive to get into any school you want so you buckle down and work hard so you can get into the right school and get to study something you are interested in.

Just because you illegally crossed the border at age 75 and died 5 years later does not make you permanent resident.
