    Nouel Alba arrested after fake Newtown victim charity scam?



    She solicited donations to the "Funeral Fund" of Noah Pozner, one of the victims of Newtown, Connecticut's Sandy Hook school shooting. The problem is, Alba has absolutely no relation to the late Noah. Really disgusting!

                                      Got no idea who she is but what law says you have to have a relationship with the deceased to get donations for them. As long that is as you turn over said donations to the family/trust fund etc.

                                                      She was claiming to be the kid's aunt. You can probably collect donations and not get arrested, it's doing so under false pretenses that gets you in trouble.
