We're working for over a year with 2 products of BetterCGI,
Strongbox and Throttlebox. Really great software to work with.
Tho we'd consider to change our protection to another software.
Since serveral weeks our Throttlebox software does not function correctly anymore,
and Ray promised serveral times to have a look, and come up with a fix.
Well, some weeks later, my issue is still not solved yet.
It's been already six days I've had the last response from Ray.
(Ray, you'd realize i'm losing money cos you?)
Due to this all we're serious considering another piece of software to throttle bw and downloads.
I'm looking to hear your experiences with similar software like "PENNYWISE".
Another option would be that Ray does delete all from our configs,
and install it all again, and charge the creditcard for $39 to re-install,
but that's hard to achieve without any reaction!
