kw research is what i do at first and check competitors for the same.,
you dont need any special tool, google kw tool is enough if you know what you are doing.

choose micro niche/ long tail keywords and find exact match dot coms and create blogs and keep updating voila cash flow.....

This is what I do too. I have a hard time deciding how low is too low on searches though. Most easier terms are in the xxx searches per month which is very low, usually if It's that low I don't build a blog around It but I make a targeted post on a relevant blog for It.

Keyword research is what people do when they don't understand a niche or aren't willing to learn to understand the niche. Know your niche and write for real people instead of SE bots.

Like I said, I don't do much KW research right now. I am not sure if I know the niche or not though as my highest blog only gets 5k a month. Peanut traffic.

To be honest, I just make up shit that sounds good and it's been working out okay for me lol.
