A four letter foreign TLD domain name, according to Overture that keyword gets over 600K of searches monthly for that specific term or combined with a second word.

If optimized properly, how much would that be worth?

If its done right you should be able to pull on a low end .02 cents per visitor to about .06 cents on the high side.

So that'd be well worth the registration fee without a doubt.
