I do not want an apology, also, plus, im not going to call her any of the names that people in this thread or other threads have called her, no sense in calling someone vulgar names, people have the choice too, but I will not go there.
I really have no ill will towards her at all, and will end up recommending her design services for people looking for wp theme designs because I really like her work and always have.
Yes the GPL is very vague, and I should have clarified when people were buyiing this they were becoming a client of mine, and they were paying for the services of installing the plugins in question.
She had every right to contact whoever she wanted regarding the deal, I hold nothing against her, althought many people say I should.
Life is too short to get angry over little things.
We used the money to build a dog park here, ive donated over $6,000 in the past 2 months to do this (not just from the plugin pack, from other earnings I made)
I think Ive said All I want to say on this matter.
Hopefully this will satisfy curious minds.

You have done much harm to your "Business" with these stupid threads of yours , I have a feeling you'll be out of business soon, making this thread compared to your other one makes you look like a complete idiot not that you didn't look this way before but , anybody that wants to do business with someone that bashes other members of gfy that have not done anything wrong to you I can't wait to see you fail. it's hilarious would love to see a law suit from fris to you for defamation of character.

I think your post was very honourable and magnanimous. And when the 'called-out' agrees with the 'call-ee' then I think everyone else's opinion is worthless.
And yes... if you had advertised as "installation of the said plugins"... that might have changed the outburst you recieved from me. But as i saw it.. you were selling the raw unchanged scripts/plugins. WHich unless you had a commercial licence.. you can't do that.
(well, some you can, some you cant, some is a shade of grey..HEAVY research is needed into each licence and you need to be bulletproof before you launch your sales thread).
BUt i have to question... were you really intending to install all these plug-ins for people?
FOr 50 bucks? that's a years work......
Every troll thinks it was me that reported you. But half of these companies had already gotten wind of what was happening. What i asked them wasn't fresh news...
DOn't think for one second i launched a major investigation or tried to destroy you. I simply picked 5 companies off your list and emailed them the same question "Is this legit"... "No".. was the loud and clear answer.
SO no.. i don;t have a problem with YOU. I had a problem with what you were doing.
Now GW was going to launch a bunch of templates of our own. Some free, some premium.
With an extra twist to bring even greater value. We have shelved that now....
We know that within seconds of opening shop... someone here would buy the lot and offer them for free just to piss us off. Prolly candyflip...
As for this debacle that has happened here. Far from hurting my business or reputation it has bolstered it. It has given the red stop light to the people I don't want to work for from ever contacting me. It has given the green light to others that we don't cut corners or offer grey area services/goods....
So im sorry for the Drama Fris... BUt i am unrepentant in my actions. And you accept this, so I think we can carry on as we were before.

They say a bunch of fluff to make themselves out to be better than the person in the situation. Fris has real business sense, he isn't going to bad mouth someone across the boards in public.

The reality most likely is that business has been hurting for her so what better way to try and gain more business from the gfy crowd than by trying to sling mud on the top wordpress guru on these boards. Too bad it backfired.
