    My public "sorry" to Fris

    There isn't going to be one.....Simple as that.

    I had every right to investigate what I did. I had every right to ask the questions I asked.
    And I had ever right to share the information I was being told.
    It was in the public interest. And in my mind, its still not cleared up. And never will be.

    As can be seen in a selection of replies i recived this morning.

    with profit sharing for customers generated through affiliate links
    but I do not believe that this is something we have done. We rely on
    our customers to continue working on theme development and pirates
    like this hurt us a lot.

              Sure you had a right to asks the questions and post your findings. But the way you have projected yourself and your attitude are a real negative. You have done nothing with this issue to gain any respect for your professional reputation.

                          She simply doesn't "Get It". It doesn't matter what these theme developers / owners say in emails to her. Only parts of their themes are legally protected at best, and I would bet that 95% of them don't even understand the law. So for her to keep on this tirade of abuse is simply ridiculous. We can't assume that these companies she is quoting even understand the law, so why in the fuck is she trying to understand it through them?

                          If she's so butt-hurt about Fris and really wants to understand, why doesn't she go pay an attorney to teach her exactly what is right and wrong with the GPL license and whether Fris is in the wrong or not, and then go get a second opinion.

                          Disseminating bad information is not in the public interest. Just because she has a source does not make that information good.

                          Go educate yourself, you fat hog, or shut the fuck up already. You have no clue what you are going on about and you keep making yourself look dumber and dumber every time you try to post about it.

Just the other week he developed his own wordpress link theme and let everyone here download it for FREE. Have a wordpress question? Hit up fris and he'll always give you advice. Looking for suggestions on good wordpress themes to use? Fris will always post some to help you out.
