I remember Minte from way way back.. he didn't even like me, I don't think.. but he was always a nice guy and I'm still excited for him. I think its awesome to see industrial success and growth here on US soil. Not an easy feat! Too bad its not across the lake or maybe we could put a data center in part of it :-)

No,we are not unionized. The building we bought was a union company. That's why the owners closed it and moved the work away.

I think we have quite a few minority employees. I know that one of the foreman in the plastics finishing department is a Mexican female.

I keep thinking about swapping it out for an Aventador...but I cheaped out and got a smart car instead. :)

Unions are a cancer, they had there place in time but that time has long come and gone. The union worker mentality is counterproductive and detrimental to any business, the union leadership are nothing short of mobsters. Sooner or later the company will go under.

I'm curious how often you are approached by them and threatened if you don't allow union labor.

A couple of years ago we hired some fellows that tried to organize our labor force. No one from the company is allowed by law to interfere. At the end of the day there were only their two votes that wanted the union. They both quit shortly after,,
