Sons of Anarchy is an unintentional riot and always good for a laugh. I think it took him three seasons to read his father's book. Then last year they were hiding documents from him all season long and when he finally gets them, he literally asks, "what does this mean?"

Couple questions before the new season starts. How come in season one Bill told Snookie he wouldn't burst into flames if he walked into the sun and then when the witch made them do it this last season that's exactly what we saw happening? Also, why doesn't Jessica just glamor Hoyt so he doesn't like her any longer the way Bill did to that hot chick who liked him that he found out was his great great grand daugther? Real reasons or just story continuity screw ups?

Well IMO, this series really panders to a TV audience that is mostly not too bright (like every TV audience) so the accuracy isn't a big deal to them.

The series takes quite a few radical departures from the book series which I am sure is just to play to the audience and the stuff the focus groups are responding to.

That is the problem with TV, the whole story can go anywhere or nowhere depending on what the ratings are doing, it is rare that there would be any integrity to the actual story line.

I've tried watching True Blood and other Vampire / Witch / Werewolf shows. The problem I have with them is the LOGIC.

A vampire can only be killed with a stake through the heart UNLESS he is wearing the ring of power in which case he can never die UNLESS the wood was a part of a special Tree that can Kill All Vampires EXCEPT on Fisbin Tuesday WHEREAS and THEREFORE and COME ON ALREADY.

Sure the shows are sleek and sexy but I feel like the writers make up the rules as they go along, and invent new ones to suit a bad situation they have written their characters into and can't' get out of.

That wasn't season one and he found out he could walk in the sun without bursting into flames sometime after drinking some of Snookie's blood.
