    I have recently become facinated with Susan Atkins, aka Sadie Mae Glutz, aka Sexy Sadie and the whole Manson thing. Yes what she did was terrible but setting that aside and looking at the person is facinating.

    I find her to indeed be very sexy and she has this very demure, captivating shy voice and those dark, dark brown eyes are def sexy. Maybe I am just another weird serial killer fanatic

    Susan Atkins died of cancer on Sept 24, 2009 at 61 while still in prison. The women incarcerated the longest ever by the state of California. She was married twice while in prison in 1981 and 1987. She found God and despite appeals from the prison staff in 2005 she was never released. She was a very beautiful woman.



    What went wrong? Susan Atkins was born on May 7, 1948 and lived most of her early life in San Jose, California. She was described as quiet and self-conscious. Her mother died in 1963 when she was only 15. She ran away and began to roam south...



    She spent 4 years living here and there before meeting Charles Manson.



    In 1967, at 19, Susan met Charles Manson when he played guitar at the house where she was living with friends. When the house was raided several weeks later, Manson invited her to join his group, who were embarking on a summer road trip in a converted school bus painted completely black. It was 1967...

    it was the summer of love



    She was immediatly named Sadie Mae Glutz by Manson and the man who was creating a fake ID for her. Atkins later claimed to have believed Manson to be Jesus from the very beginning of their relationship.

    Lynette "Squeaky" Fromme (lower right corner) who would later attempt to assassinate President Gerald Ford





    settled at the Spahn Ranch in the San Fernando Valley in Southern California..

    it was (at one time) a very lovely, stony day

    where on October 7, 1968, she bore a son, by Bruce White, whom Manson named Zezozose Zadfrack Glutz.

    Atkins' parental rights were terminated once she was convicted of the murders and noone in her family would assume responsibility for the child. Her son was adopted and renamed after her incarceration in 1969. She had no further contact with him.



    She was 21 in 1969 at the time of the crime. Said to have done aprox 300 acid trips with others at Spahn Ranch and other places in the two years prior to the crime.

    Off the Beatles White Album, it is said Sexy Sadie (Album 2, Song 5) was actually about The Maharishe but they changed the name to Sexy Sadie after George Harrison did not like the orig title.

      Little did the Beatles know that another Sadie was under Manson's control at this time and Manson thought the song was a message to him.

      The next song on the White Album (Disk 2, Song 6) after Sexy Sadie (Song 5), is...





      One of the two great influences on the thinking of Charles Manson, along with the Book of Revelation, was the musical group the Beatles. According to Family members, Manson would most often quote "the Beatles and the Bible."



      The two influences were linked, in that Manson saw the four Beatles members as being the "four angels" referred to in Revelation 9. Revelation 9 also tells of "locusts" (The Beatles) coming out upon the earth. It describes prophets as having "faces as the faces of men" but with "the hair of women" In Revelation 9, the four angels with "breastplates of fire" (electric guitars) "issued fire and brimstone" (song lyrics).

      Barker Ranch in Death Valley, another "ranch" the cult stayed at



      Manson believed that the Beatles spoke to him through their lyrics, especially those included in the White Album, released in December 1968.

      For example "Rocky Raccoon" meant black people and "Happiness is a Warm Gun" was a song about getting firearms to carry on the revolution.

      According to Family member Paul (Tex) Watkins, "Before Helter Skelter came along, (first mentioned by Charlie in December 1968) all Charlie cared about was orgies."

                          But yeah. In no way do I demean what she did. But this is my perception of her. Just want to see if anyone finds her sexy as long as she isnt coming at you...

                          I know this is a touchy subject.. and only I have the balls to go there honestly .. or we will see

                          But yeah she does look pretty bad in some of those shots.

                          Anyhow, not taking sides, what she did was extremely wrong and she deserves all she got BUT that doesnt mean she wasnt sexy and the song Sexy Sadie SHOULD be her song. jmo

                                      Hey let her have it too guys. I realize I am prob waaay in the minority here. I am trying to seperate her looks from what she did But what she did is facinating. Terrible but facinating. And that adds to her mystique as the years go on. Thus, this thread.

                                      Yes it is not par (literature) for the course around here but it is adult material and I think we can all look at it as so.

                                      Love or hate her, the question is "was she sexy". If you cant seperate the two that is fine. I understand.

                                      Someone can be sexy apart from what they have done cant they? Or cant they? Maybe not.

                                                          Vote guys. Noone will hold it against you. It is interesting (to me ) to see. I dont really care who votes how. Like if we were at a party and passing the pipe around or having a few drinks... just weigh in.

                                                          It helps to start The White Album for at least the first two songs to better relate to December 1968 when this album came out and all hell broke loose 8 months later.



                                                          I think of Dear Prudence (song 2) playing back then at Spahn Ranch and it is all somehow cool until lives were lost.

                                                          I guess she is a murderer and that is pretty bad. Was she fucked up on too much acid?
                                                          It is all just interesting from a voyeur standpoint. Like watching the History Chan, I tried to keep it 100% factual.

                                                          The whole thing facinates me including Manson, Spahn Ranch, the times, The Beatles perhaps best album, the fact it is all just a dream now except for pics and vids to take you back...

                                                              There are def drugs involved all round In fact drugs are nec to begin to "explore her" mindset. WHY did she do it. Was it 4 years on the tough Cali streets from 1963-7? That will make ya hard.

                                                              Was it Charlie giving love and drugs together? Was it a bit of her own anger as well? Was it a bit of youthful group think? I think a bit of all.

                                                                          We took a drive after my dad died in 68. I was in Torrence, California (my Aunts) when the murders went down. (August 9, 1969)

                                                                          I went next door while there and the neighbor girl aged 19 used to make out with the 14 y/o brother (my friend) as her 19 y/o husband (my friend's older brother) was in Vietnam I kid you not. She was a lil firecracker abuser lol

                                                                          And she asked me after I watched them if I wanted to kiss with her..

                                                                          This was the times in Cali (swear to God)

                                                                          I said no.. I was bashful. Damn.. Too bad I was only 12.

Big change musicly and with the country.
