I love to read. Only problem is once I get into something I can easily spend 8 hours reading and all kinds of other shit gets neglected. I've read far too many books in one sitting.
The first book I ever read in one sitting was this one, which I find quite ironic.

I love gay bashing. We built up a nice group of guys here in France and about once a week we scan car parkings near the highway for gay activity, then wait till it's dark enough and then do our thing. We're selective though, we bash those gays who are nasty sneaky backstabbers. You know what I'm talking about, Sleeping Boy.
I meditate before, during, and after I workout. I can almost put myself into a trance like state when I lift. Complete silence meanwhile music is cranked and don't feel any pain, its unreal what the mind is capable of once trainer properly.

basically you need to find hobbies that you can lose yourself in from time to time. I have so many that it gets kinda crazy but gives me lots of variety at least.
Long drive to the middle of nowhere, find a hotel and relax with some music, a big bag of weed and mad munchiez.
