Sponsors who Track Sales via IP Post Here
With the uncertain future of Cookies (UK, Holland, EU, IE), here's a thread where those who track sales by IP or a combination of IP and Cookie can spam. The last time I checked, CCBill had a maximum of 3 days tracking for IP, perhaps they can look at giving sponsors the option of extending that.

I am 100% sure there a no sponsors that don't track by IP besides cookies.

Most sponsors have 3 ways of tracking: cookies, parsing along the ref code to the join page and IP tracking, you don't have to worry about those cookie laws in the EU, it won't change anything in regards to your sales at the sponsors. Especially the ones that use Nats, MPA, ccbill, zombio, etc. Which is pretty much every sponsor.
