I want a chat script that allows html tags to be used in chats, so that avatars and such can be used by the chatters. Any good ones that are relatively cheap??

I'm looking for a chat script that actually creates rooms, you know, real-time chats. Example: http://www.alterrealm.com/cgi-bin/whochat.asp?realm=Gor (Just check the Whochat, or just slip in a room and see what I mean then slip back out, it's a role play environment and they may not look too happy at people just popping in for no reason.)
That's what I'm in need of. Any ideas?

Just, FYI
The majority of live chat programs that you download for these types of sites are crap. They use HTML meta-refresh for the most part. A few use tcp/ip sockets via php that are ok, but they are system hogs.
If you are looking for an inexpensive way to put live chat on your site, I would suggest you install your own irc server (bahamahut is free I believe) and an IRC type of applet, like jpilot.Codifico, quindi sono

I'm also looking for a good chat script, and it doesn't have to be free. (Just reasonable). But I'd really like a video option with the chat program too.
