Rather then follow the Canadian process for getting content taken down

He sent a Canadian company a DMCA take down notice and was upset that they demanded payment for going above and beyond their legal duty.


During his discussion it was exposed that that his background was pirated.

(he didn't pay for it, and he didn't grant the attribution need to use it for free).

Not realizing that current laws don't allow take down notices after commenting on SOPA the law that would have made his argument legal.
