Solo Girl site: Minimum number of content sets to start with?

If you were building a brand new Solo girl site, what is the minimum amount of content sets you would start with?

Lets say the model has committed to producing a couple new sets a month and actively supporting the members are with live webcam shows and stuff,

How many sets of original exclusive content you you want to have deployed in the member's area before you went live?

I am thinking two dozen Photosets or Videos as a minimum, I know more is better. Too much? Not enough?

You need at least 10 separate updates for CCBill -- more is obviously better -- but it depends overall on how reliable/interested the model and that is difficult to determine in every case. You can open with 50 sets and if she makes it hard to get more, then you have a dead site. If you open with 10 and you have 40 in the can, you might make it out of the first year in a worst case scenario.

Basically put more weight in what you can get in the can then determine out of that what to launch with. Going month-to-month is a headache just waiting to happen. Good luck, man!

best possible world you launch with a lot so you have satisfied members - more likely to rebill. BUT if you're working with a limited amount of content on hand, knowing that solo site models can and often do bail, you and affiliates need unreleased content for fresh updates.
These days, no fresh updates = meager sales

If I reduce updates to 1 a week by the 5th and 6th days sales run low.

If the sales are lack luster and affiliate juice is limited..cut your losses...some girls make it...some don't and looks have little to do with it...some of my "medicore" girls performed great due to a big ass or large knockers...some hotter looking girls didn't sell worth a fuck...

Thanks for your input, consensus seems to be that more is better and two dozen is not enough to start with.

I also appreciate that all partnerships have an unknown expiration date on them, and I am well aware that content girls are not known for their consistency.

But I usually say 1000 pix and at least 20-25 vids minimum, the more the better. But then I always take about 20-25% of whatever she gives me initially to "hold back" for Updates 'cause you KNOW that girl is a-gonna flake (see above advice).

This is like asking how long does it take to build a wall. We need a lot more info.

If it's a girl like 100 other girls in solo girl sites and shot by someone with the same level of skill, then the average number of those sites will tell you. The successful ones.

If the ingredients are not as good as the others, start with twice as many.

If the ingredients are great and a real puller. Then half.

Of course, this could all change once we see the girl, the shooters work, your imagination to come up with something different, the shooters ability to pull that extra 10|% out of a girl, your budget per scene and how much you have to spend, your ability to drive traffic and a few other things.

we always say 25 pics and 25 vids to start, plus another 25 of each for the first batch of updates, and updates must be delivered 3 months in advance - if she was something really special and new then we could tailor it, but she'd have to be the next solo star... there hasn't been one for ages.
