You shouldn't be listening to the subjective opinions of GFY, you should be testing variations and knowing for a fact which parts work better.

That said, you should fix the punctuation and copywriting in the descriptions.

You aren't running gzip (wasting 300K on html alone).
There is an ass load of 100K images on the front page.
If you disable scripting it completely destroys the layout.

I'm not impressed and sort of hope I'm falling for a joke right now.

First off, Hire a designer to re do and skin elevatedX. Its worth it.

Second. Get rid of the Nalem photographer and get some sharp photos.

3. opt the photos that thing takes for ever to load.
