    New Paypal Agreement Terms?

    Much be something to do with a change in their Merchant Bank accounts or MC...

    Wells Fargo - Review and Accept Commercial Entity Agreement


    Important : You must agree to the terms of the Wells Fargo Commercial Entity Agreement by Aug 1, 2012 or you will be unable to accept MasterCard-funded payments.

    To comply with MasterCard and Visa requirements, please review and accept the Commercial Entity Agreement. It is for Business and Premier account holders who receive a large number of credit card payments.

    This agreement supplements, but does not replace PayPal's User Agreement and will not change how your PayPal account works. Your fees, account status, and eligibility for PayPal's Seller Protection policy remain the same.

      Seems as though they are utilizing several merchant accounts for sure. Not sure why this would only effect Mastercard but will look into it.... and report.
      Keep in mind that Paypal is a 3rd party processor and if you accept it, you have no rights to any card data and limited customer info because it is not your merchant account.

          It does not 'read' like you have much of a choice in the matter.

              I have deleted and cancel my account in Paypal as they seen that I am receiving $2k plus a week and they don't want to get involved with money laundering
