The script that you've been talking about, that most lower quality websites use is PinMeScript.com (not recommended). Sex.com is not custom, it is Pintastic.com, but with additional modules, and a lot of custom modifications (worth over 100k Euro so far).Comment

Word of caution.
Pinterest won't hesitate to delete entire boards without warning if you have too many broke loser webbies hotlinking to your pins. They ain't wasting their time farting around with blocking bandwidth siphoning by domain.

But the trend seems to be scraping pin sites for sake of hijacking Google Image results..

Not sure about sex.com, but his freeware plugin can grab content form anything which has an RSS feed: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cybersyn/
Also I have a plugin which automatically pins images from WP posts/pages to pinterest.com, tapiture.com, sex.com, smutty.com and some other pinboards. Saves a lot of time, especially if you have 100's of WP sites with 1000's of images on each.Obey the CowgodComment

With the Sex.com theme for Wordpress, it would be good to have something like bulk image uploader plugin. I am not sure if something like that is already there. You upload 10,000 or so sites to a folder through ftp, and all of them automatically (or after some minor edits like assigning to categories, and possibly adding descriptions) appear on a site.
They have something like this with Pinterest Clone Script - PinMe Script

Good / fresh pictures can be downloaded from membership sites. This would make for very good sites.Comment

It's hard to compete with sex.com. I used to own a pin porn site. I still have the script on my computer. I ended up shutting it down though. There are so many porn pin sites it's a lot of competition.
