I finally get my server back from them after 5-6 months i forget how long it was i waited for it.. and i immediately resold the server to a friend... I never even opend the box.. My friend gets the god damn server..and there is no HD in the server.

God what a total fucking joke they are.

Closures are not done until Feb 28 nor have they ever been. You pay for the month of service you get it. That is our terms that you agreed to.

I didn't feel to go and irritate matters more would be in the best interest of anyone involved.
Even more so than that, I had every intention of NOT labeling myself when I started Pro Hosters and never did so until someone took over my duties. I host it's that simple.
I don't cater to any particular industry nor do I want to.
I am so glad you have graduated to name calling

I do not care what ex-employees (not by their own will) have to say about PH, I care about what current customers and current employees have to say. But that of course never gets posted because that's not fun for posters to post about.

You're the JOKE calling Sean and Mark 'not up to standards'. Mark is a prophetic admin and ProHosters is a worse company without him. Sean is a brilliant programmer and also genuinely honest and hardworking just like Mark was. The loss was yours, not theirs.

An hour of downtime daily, I love how people exaggerate downtime. We have had three episodes of downtime between Jan 1 and now, I fully admit this. One due to an attack on a political website which we rectified as well as added more connectivity ( this attack was 1.5Gb/s) The second was the infamous SQL slammer at midnight that was a global attack and took down several other networks. The third was a bug in Extreme software that did not prevent the attack when our providers lifted the filters on their routers. Extreme has since released a patch. We have also divided our dns servers into two cluster rooms on seperate links and increased other connectivity points. IF there is a valid point of 1 hour of downtime per day I would like to see the tickets and I will address it without question and issue a full credit for any downtime that has occurred.

I'll be darned if I am going to stop posting. I have never begged a single employee. When I terminate someone it is final. Nor do I any way to have to justify to you whom PH employees or does not employee. I do not to beg there are people standing in line to get into PH.

As far as sales to the other person who posted those are new sales each month they have nothing to do with payroll. And our payroll exceeds what it was with other employees because we have given raises where they deserved them.

Do you not think he acquired a lot while he was at PH? I am not even saying any skills were in question that determined the outcome. I simply said they did not meet the PH standards. That is a true statement. Moreover I didn't even name what employees I am referring to only that they were ex employees. Nor do I any way to have to justify to you whom PH employees or does not employee. I do not to beg there are people standing in line to get into PH. As far as sales to the other person who posted those are new sales each month they have nothing to do with payroll.
