How come the funny fake nicks get banned but the annoying ones don't?

Just thinking back over some of the actual or suspected fake nicks... all of the funny ones are gone and the annoying ones are still here... like JohnnyClips.

I don't even remember the funny one's breaking any rules.

I don't know about recently other than B.Barnato. He was that stupid kind of funny where I'd just crack up at the randomness.

I liked Pornojew but can't remember what he got banned for. He was a mix of funny and serious.

There are others that I just know are missing that made me laugh but I cannot think of names.

Plus we're just a hop and skip away from Chicagoland.

I am originally from Wisconsin, and have lived in California... I like small town Iowa, but love big cities too.
