I am confused myself about what documents they are referring to. The email sent out wasn't specific to any one account. Plus they are requiring 6 months of processing statements to be sent by email. I would have assumed since they have direct access to the accounts they can vet which sites don't meet the minimums to be free of the setup charges.

I have the same message. I never received the compliance email.
I guess this is the message someone you just joined can see.

        I can also read:
        Setup Fee: EUR 1,000.00

All Verotel accounts require a Setup Fee. This Setup Fee can be paid with a credit card or with a bank wire. Only accounts with a paid Setup fee are eligible to process credit cards and alternative payment methods with Verotel.

Your setup is complete. You can sell access to your website content through Verotel.
