Mixing Tracks
Say I play a guitar rhythm...then want to throw something over top of it (both 4:00 in length). But say one of them I didn't start till I was recording for 4 seconds already. What's the easiest way to mix these two tracks and line them up (just sliding them around)?
I have CuBase, Acid 4, Fruity Loops...and in any of those, how do you do it, or what's the best way?

Zoom in to nanoseconds on soundforge, crop it to the exact start time of the other track, then mix.
