However the question is also "when should it be legalized?" some people are making money with that and they are not earning their money legally, this means that they need something else to do to continue to win money, so the question is "what should they do ?"
In my country, they could probably legalize marijuana... but at the end of the 90's when the economy was getting better.Comment
