I disagree to the extent that world Jews will only have one place to go, Israel. I don't believe in my lifetime at the very least that Jews have to leave America, Canada, Scandinavian countries, etc...

Not by way of debate here, but just for your own info, the kid in the first video traveled to Israel specifically so that he could protest the actions of the country, not to find out anything for himself, but just to protest.

As for the second video, these are sects of chabbah haridim that believe that Israel should not exist, based on obscure religious interpretations of the Torah. They are a very small sect of wackos that throw rocks at women who wear short skirts and people driving their cars on Shabbat. Meanwhile they live off of government handouts so that they can read the Torah all day every day.

Regardless of your opinion of Israel, I'm just saying that these videos are not exactly representative of much.

When I go down to SoCal with family we go down to The Grove, and in that area is a Jewish section - very old school, lots of Jewish men with long beards. It's odd to see in Modern America.

If you study the Holocaust at all, you understand Israel's position. Never before in history has any one race been threatened with their very existence. And this is why Israel exists now - to give a safe place to the Jews.

American Jews are just that - American -and frankly don't give a shit about the rest of the world. They feel safe in the US and don't live in fear like the country of Israel does.

That being said, I think the fundamental difference here is that one is more recent and the jew constantly remind us of the Holocaust versus the Native American. The Native Americans do not wield the media power of the jew.

Sadly in regards to the "plight of the jew".... it was not as if they were always innocent and were just being kicked around for 2000 years. Any history book can show you BOTH sides of those issues. Especially in regards to the Romans, and Palestine.

That being said, my point was that other races and religions have had their share of persecution through the centuries. As a matter of fact, some is still going on today over in Africa as an example.

I will be 40 this year, and I can't say I have heard that often myself. At least in my personal life that is. Where do I hear about it? In the media. It seems there is always some article, movie, tv show, or something talking about the anti-semitism of this or that.

Where I actually here this disdain is for the Paki, Indian, Arabs, Muslims, etc. locally. However, in the past I have heard it about the blacks to some degree. We have a decent number of Mexicans, Japanaese and Koreans around as well.

That being said, out of all the different local ethnic groups or choices for racists, I can't say I hear about hatred for "the jew" ranking in the top 10. By contrast in the media, or movies, you hear about it constantly as if they were the only group who's ever had anything done to them throughout history.

It tends to get old with the "look at me" media coverage.
