i have used him 3 times total about $400 and never had a problem

I've used Roby a few times and can vouch for him but he's been difficult to reach over the past few days. Possibly due to it being a Ukrainian holiday.

I also need to do a similar transfer. $325 my friend's Paypal to U-Bob/Roby and then to my Paxum.
