    Links manager like Pretty Links

    I am looking for something that I can manage links with - For example it will Geo redirect or redirect mobiles, do ratio splits for testing etc.

    Petty links will do some of this but not all, its not really what it is made for.

    Edit: Stats would be good as well, you can never have enough stats to stare at.

                          I will use on other projects but it is overkill for what I need today. It would just distract me.
