I'd say that's worth the reg fee as long as you use it for something. .co or .cc are good second choices when you can't get the .com

I would not value it too highly. First off it has two words which makes it tougher for any extension that is rarely used to get traffic and to become noticed. Obviously if you market something enough it will build traffic but will take a lot of work. Its tough for even the .co domains that do get traffic and are being developed such as sex, male, female, girls etc. I think its a waste of money personally.
