I am not a lawyer, but I don't think it is illegal. It's disgusting, and I imagine the intentions of those site's are impure and disgusting, but on a legal level I don't imagine it's much different than watching Toddlers & Tiaras on TLC.

Actually I believe it is illegal to show 'normal' underage pics next to hardcore images.
So if they truly are underage and the site is full of hardcore links and banner then it probably is illegal.
That's just in the US though (no idea about EU etc) and those sites are probably hosted elsewhere.Comment

Toddlers & Tiaras on TLC is so creepy it turns my stomach.
Dressing girls up to look like adults and then getting then to perform like they do is wrong.

I agree. I have watched that show a couple of times and there are tons of those little girls who would rather be playing dolls or watching cartoons and they are forced to do pageants. The moms are super ugly and want to live out their fantasy of being a beauty queen through their daughters. It’s one thing to enter a kid in a pageant and then this show which requires them to have fake teeth, makeup, fake hair, fake tans etc. It’s stupid.
