    CCbill, Verotel...they all SUCK!

A few years back these companies used to have real great client support especially in cases when I needed (just like now) fast response. So all I asked them for was to modify their scripts after I moved my stuff onto a new server. So their time of reaction used to be like 1 hour before...now I'm waiting 10-14 hours. So my question is: WHAT THE FUCK???!!!

    changing servers

    Hi there,

When changing servers as far as your scripts and having access to your FTP for our installation engineer to make changes, we ask for a few days notice. This is something that needs to be planned out, a lot of times what we see is the change is made, things are off, then we hear about the need of correction after the fact. If an installation request is performed through the Verotel Control Center in advance, you will be ahead in the queue and there will be ample time to react. If anything urgent beyond this for those who may change servers, you can feel free to contact me, the Account Manager, at [email protected].

    Regards,

    Thomas
