go to System Information and you will find out everything else

With that info you should be able to go to your hosts site and figure out which plan is yours (except for b/w)

Webair sucks - that doesn't sound good. It's not good that server is down. Ideal hosts have better uptime and better support. Good luck.

...oh really.. so are you implying a 3rd party, unbiased server monitor program like www.uptimerobot.com (rated by many sites as the best uptime monitor site online) is lying?

This shows what happened after the Indians stopped working the night shift who couldn't help me when I alerted them of the downtime and waited till you guys in the US (that know your stuff) started working...and then got my server back up after oh-so-many minutes of downtime.

It's a good idea to use one or more of these services. I don't know about Up Time Robot, but Pingdom is free.

I've had real nice success for many years with Chris at Way3. If there's ever an issue it is handled quickly and personally by Chris. Very good service.
